However, it facilitates SBCGlobal Login for the existing users of SBCGlobal from its official website.

As stated earlier, SBCGlobal has ceased to exist after being overtaken by AT&T. As such, its existing users are allowed limited access to their Email Account. It facilitates access to your Inbox for the following functions:

  • Forward Emails
  • Reply To Emails
  • Delete Emails

However, you cannot perform SBCGlobal Login from its official website anymore. But, AT&T allows access to SBCGlobal Login through various platforms. In other words, you can easily access your Emails by means of the following options. 

  • AT&T’s official website 
  • Transferring your SBCGlobal Login’s Emails to your Gmail Account
  • Configuring your SBCGlobal Login’s Emails on Email Client like Microsoft Outlook

SBCGlobal Sign in From AT&T

  1. In the very first place, launch an Internet Browser that is available on your Computer. For instance, you may have Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari etc. You can locate them on your Computer’s Desktop or Taskbar. In other words, you will find a Browser icon on your System. Hence, simply click on one of the available options. 
  2. Then, bring up the official website of AT&T as it supports SBCGlobal Login. For this, locate the Browser’s Address Bar which is the long text bar at the very top of the window. Click on it. Then, type in “att.net” correctly as the URL. After that, hit the “Enter” key on your system. 
  3. Now, go to the upper right-hand corner of this webpage. Here, you will notice the “Mail” tab. Hence, hover your cursor over it in order to expand its Menu box. 
  4.  Next, you must select the “Sign In” option from this expanded Menu box. 
  5. As a result, you will be redirected to the required webpage for SBCGlobal Login. This window seeks the Login Credentials associated with your SBCGlobal Email Account. 
  6. Hence, begin by correctly providing the registered Email Address. 
  7. Along with that, accurately type in the associated “Password” that was created for securing this account. Make sure you enter it accurately as Passwords are case-sensitive.

  2. Now, log in to your MS Outlook Account.

  4. However, in case of multiple Accounts configured to this platform, make sure you have selected the SBCGlobal Account only. 
  5. Then, go to its Inbox.

Transfer SBCGlobal Account To Your Gmail Account

This facility is available for all the users of SBCGlobal Login Account who have registered for this Email Service before 11th June 2011. However, you must transfer this account to an existing Gmail Account for conveniently accessing it. 

  1. First and foremost, launch an Internet Browser that is available on your Computer. For instance, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari etc.
  2. Then, bring up the official Gmail website. In other words, type in “gmail.com” in the Address Bar of your Browser. Then, hit “Enter”.
  3. Now, provide the correct login credentials associated with your Gmail Account. Then, click on “Sign In”.
  4. Next, you should go to the upper right-hand corner of this window. Locate the “Settings” tab by searching for the “Gear” icon. Click on it to proceed with the SBCGlobal Login process. 
  5.  This will expand its Menu box. Hence, select “Settings”.
  6. On the following window, go to the very top. Now, click on “Accounts and Import”. 
  7.  Thereafter, locate the “Check mail from other accounts”  section. Here, you will notice the “Add a mail account” button. Now, click on it. 
  8.  As a result, a Menu box will appear that says “Add a mail account”. This window seeks the Email Address of your SBCGlobal Sign in Account. 
  9. Then, click “Next”.
  10. After that, enter the respective “Password” accurately. Then, click “Next”.
  11. The following window requires you to select the Incoming Server of your SBCGlobal Login Account. For this, click on the “POP Server” drop-down box. Now, select the “inbound.att.net” option. 
  12. Thereafter, you should change its Port Settings. Set it to 995. 
  13. In addition to that, you will notice a “Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server” option. Select the corresponding checkbox. In this way, Gmail will not delete your Emails. 
  14. Along with that, you will notice a “Always use SSL in order to retrieve the emails” option. Tick mark the corresponding checkbox. 
  15. Besides that, it gives you the option of “‘Label incoming messages”. It allows your Gmail Account to easily select the Emails that you get from the SBCGlobal Login Account. Hence, select it.
  16. Now, look for the option that says “Archive incoming messages”. If you don’t want this Gmail Account to display your SBCGlobal Emails. Then, select it. 
  17. Finally, click on “Add Account”. Then, wait for the transfer procedure to complete.

Transfer SBCGlobal Account Configuration on Microsoft Outlook

SBCGlobal Login Account To Your Gmail Account
  1. To begin with, launch a pre-installed Microsoft Outlook software on your Computer. 
  2. This will bring up its Welcome window for SBCGlobal Email Login. Here, you must click “Next”.
  3. Now, go to the top left-hand corner of the next window. Here, you will notice a “File” tab. Click on it. 
  4. Then, select the “Add Account” option. 
  5. Next, you should click on the “Account Settings” option.   
  6. As a result, a Menu box will appear on your screen. As such, locate its Email section. Make sure it is selected. In case it is not selected. Then, click on the “email” tab. Now, look at the upper left-hand corner of this section. Click on the “New” tab. 
  7. Thereafter, select the option that says “Manual setup or additional server types”.
  8. Then, click “Next”.
  9.  On the following window, it prompts you to select the Server options. As such, opt for “POP or IMAP”. Then, click “Next”.
  10. Subsequently, it seeks details of your SBCGlobal Login Account. Hence, fill in the required details accurately as mentioned below.     
    • Your Name: Give your Complete Name.
    • E-mail Address: Enter the Email Address of your SBCGlobal Login Account.
    • Account Type: Select “POP3”.
    • Incoming Mail Server: “inbound.att.net”
    • Username: Give your complete Email Address for SBCGlobal Login Account.
    • Password: Provide the respective Password.
  11. Following that, choose the option that says “Security (SSL)”.
  12. Consequently, the “Incoming Port Number” text box will auto-populate itself. Make sure it has entered “995”. In case of incorrect detail, change it to “995”. 
  13. Then, click “Next”.
  14. As a result, this application will check the provided Incoming Mail Server Information to validate them. If the details are correct. Then, it will establish a connection with the Server. 
  15.  After that, it requires you to provide the details regarding your SBCGlobal Login Account’s Outgoing Mail Server. Therefore, accurately enter the required details as given below. 
    • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): “outbound.att.net”
    • Outgoing Port Number: 465
    • Username: Give your complete Email Address for SBCGlobal Login Account.
    • Password: Provide the respective Password.
  16. Following that, choose the option that says “Security (SSL)”.
  17. Then, click “Next”.
  18. As a result, this application will check the provided Outgoing Mail Server Information to validate them. If the details are correct. Then, it will establish a connection with the Server. 
  19. Subsequently, it will download all the Emails of your SBCGlobal Login Account. 
  20. Finally, a message will appear confirming successful configuration of your SBCGlobal Login Account. Hence, click “Finish”.
